Tennis Court Paint
- Sand textured paint used in Tennis Courts, Drive ways, Garages and on Roofs
- Applied on Membrane and Blackflex waterproofing
- 5 different standard colours:- Green, Red, Grey, White and Magnolia
- Spreading rate - depends on surface: approx 2 sq mtrs / ltr 2 coats
- Incorporates a fine marble sand

Liquid Rubber Paint
- Rubber latex paint for waterproofing roofs
- Standard colours White and Grey
- Spreading rate – 0.75 sq mtrs per ltr 2 coats
- Can be reinforced with a flexible geotextile

Sealer
- Applied to exterior walls on plastering after dilution with 50% water.
- Can be over coated after 24 hrs
- Totally transparent
- Compatible with our exterior range of coatings

Seal-a-Cryl
- Used to mix with cement and soft limestone fines for coating the roof’s surface
- Totally transparent
- Used in garages on concrete floors to render them dust free
- Bucket size; 5ltrs
- Dilute 20% water for 1st coat
- Spreading rate 7sq mtrs / ltr

Blackflex
(Rubber Bitumen)
- Applied under screed concrete (kontrabejt) for water proofing
- Dilute with 50% water for the 1st coat
- 24 hours later apply an undluted coat.
- Can be applied on the exposed roof surface
- Leave for 5 weeks and repaint with either Tennis Court Paint or Silverflex (see slide 14)
- Sizes 5ltrs, 10ltrs 18ltrs, 100ltrs, 200ltrs

Geotextile
Reinforced Waterproofing (Tailor-made Membrane)
- DIY waterproofing made up of Blackflex , reinforced with GEOTEXTILE
- Apply Blackflex and immediately fix Geotextile onto it.
- Leave to dry for 1 day
- Apply another coat of Blackflex on top
- Leave for 5 weeks and repaint with Tennis Court paint or Silverflex
- Geotextile comes in rolls of 25 sq mtrs

Silverflex
(Bituminous Aluminium Reflective Paint)
- Applied on top of Blackflex (slides 12,13)
- Applied also on Membrane
- Reflects the sun
- Contains bitumen for more protection
- Bucket size; 2.5ltr, 5ltr, 20ltrs
- Dilute with White Spirit

Defender
(Ghal fuq il-Fil)
- Transparent solution to protect Limestone facades
- 1 coat only to be applied
- Water repellent
- Can be used inside to help with rising damp problem and stabilises powdery walls
- Can size; 1ltr and 5 ltrs
- Spreading rate 3 – 5sq mtrs / ltr

Moffa Kill
(Mould Treatment)
- For Interior Use only
- Clean surface with some floor detergent diluted in water
- Apply Moffa Kill
- Leave for 7 days
- Paint with any kind of paint and add PERMAKILL (Mould Preventer) to it.
- Can size; 1ltr, 5ltrs
- Spreading rate; 3 – 5sq mtrs / ltr

Permakill
(Mould Preventer)
- Permakill is a solution to be added to any kind of water based Interior paint for the prevention of Mould
- Tried and tested on the Bitmac’s range of paints
- It is necessary to add permakill after the use of MOFFA KILL
- Doses for 5ltrs and 10ltrs of paint
- Does not alter the colour of paint

Polyurethane
Gloss Paint
- Gloss finish
- Is an odour less transparent water based varnish
- Can be applied on humidity free walls, floors and wood
- For wood polyurethane undercoat is to be applied beforehand
- Can size; 1ltr, 3ltrs, 5ltrs
