RECESS COVER – D400
Cast Iron
Manhole cover recess type in ductile cast iron EN-GJS-500-7 in accordance with EN 1563:2018, with breaking strength greater than 400 kN (40 t) compliant with the D400 load class provided for by the EN 124:2015 standard.
FRAME
Made in a single casting, it ensures stability with a double-groove shaped support area creating a metal/metal coupling.
It is possible to insert an EPDM gasket in order to obtain a hydraulic/watertight closing system.
LID
Square in shape, it guarantees considerable stability thanks to the interlocking depth greater than 50 mm.
Fixing is obtained using stainless steel screws.
Opening is carried out by inserting special handles into the blind holes in the surface.
The filling tank has a height of 70 mm and allows the insertion of any type of material.
All lids are interchangeable with each other.
